Ashley & I want to say thank you for the great job on our pool. We are very pleased with the end product and look forward to using it this summer and many in the future.
Randy did a great job in the design. We came to your shop with a basic idea of what we thought we wanted. Randy gave us his undivided attention and helped bring our idea to life. Randy offered great suggestions relating to what we might want and might not want in our pool He was easy going and never put pressure on us to upgrade to something we did not want or need. Randy was quick to respond to our questions and made changes to the design over the next few weeks as we changed our minds. The end design was great.
Our project manager was Michael. Michael became the answers guy. During the construction phase he was never more than a short phone call away. He was on site most of the time and did a great job of communicating with us during the construction. Michael made a late evening stop at our house so that our pool would be ready for a party we had scheduled the next evening. He certainly did not have to make the late house call and it certainly did not go without notice. Michael does a great job of making the customer the top priority.
Trinity Pools did a great job. We felt important and appreciated from the first day we walked into your shop. Thank you for a job well done and we look forward to doing business with you for many years into the future.
