Worked with Trinity Valley Pools to replace the liner in my pool because it was about to fall in as old as it was.
I looked around and got a couple of quotes and I decided to go with Trinity Valley Pools because they gave the best warranty and best price.
When we got started with the replacement of the pool liner everything went quickly and we ran into a few issues with the project and the installer called me to let me know what was going on and told me everything I needed to know before he went forward. Installer communicated very well with me and kept me informed on everything.
I would recommend using Trinity Valley Pools to replace a liner and to do any work needed on your pool.

Debbie WachaWe found dealing with everyone from Trinity Valley Pools to be a joy! Starting with our initial contact with Paul, to our design phase with Randy, we arrived at a design that met our desires and needs very quickly and efficiently.
The early construction phase was a pleasure thanks to Jerry’s attention to detail and decades of experience. Jerry handled the difficult scheduling job regardless of the weather better than we imagined it could be done. Later in the construction phase, Michael and Josh handled everything efficiently and professionally. All these people were very accessible and responded to our questions quickly and cordially. They took care to respond even on Sunday’s! The crews that did the excavation, Gunite, plumbing, plaster, electrical and equipment setup were on time, fast, superb at their work and friendly.

When we decided to build our home, having a pool was at the top of our list. We asked around and after numerous people including our builder and banker referred and raved about Trinity Valley, we knew that was the best choice. We didn’t even waste any time
talking to other pool companies. When we sat down with Creig and told him what we wanted in our pool, it took him no time to design the PERFECT pool for us! It went beyond our expectations and was one of the easiest processes in building our home. He helped us pick out every detail and we would not change a thing! Once the building process began we were informed with every step along the way and never had a concern about anything.
Since we moved in and have been maintaining the pool ourselves, Michael has been very patient with us and is there to answer any questions or comes over to show us how to do things. The staff in the Tyler store have also been very helpful and informative every time we bring a water sample in. Larry & Kathleen StanfordOur experience with Trinity Valley Pools started in February 2015. We had spoken to several different pool companies and decided to go with Trinity Valley pools to build our pool because of their reputation. I wanted to go with a company that had years of experience and who were going to build us a quality pool. Our designer, Creig Prince designed us the exact pool we wanted. Unfortunately, Spring 2015 was recorded as the wettest spring since 1957, so we had many set backs on timing and getting things done. However, I do not blame Trinity Valley pools because they can not predict or change the weather.
The only draw back I had was our pool was finished a month after scheduled. We really appreciate all the hard work put into our pool. We ran into a lot of issues with a water table that came up to three feet, which made for a huge mess; however, I was proud that our foreman (Jerry) and crew were experienced with this type of “mess”. Michael was very informative and helpful to get it completed and teach us how everything operates. Every time I come into the store I’m always greeted with kindness and respect. Its always been my dream to have a pool and Trinity Valley Pools made my dream come true. My children are quickly learning to swim and have already mastered the slide. We will enjoy our outdoor paradise and make many memories for years to come.

Randy did a great job in the design. We came to your shop with a basic idea of what we thought we wanted. Randy gave us his undivided attention and helped bring our idea to life. Randy offered great suggestions relating to what we might want and might not want in our pool He was easy going and never put pressure on us to upgrade to something we did not want or need. Randy was quick to respond to our questions and made changes to the design over the next few weeks as we changed our minds. The end design was great.
Our project manager was Michael. Michael became the answers guy. During the construction phase he was never more than a short phone call away. He was on site most of the time and did a great job of communicating with us during the construction. Michael made a late evening stop at our house so that our pool would be ready for a party we had scheduled the next evening. He certainly did not have to make the late house call and it certainly did not go without notice. Michael does a great job of making the customer the top priority.
Trinity Pools did a great job. We felt important and appreciated from the first day we walked into your shop. Thank you for a job well done and we look forward to doing business with you for many years into the future.

Mid year 2014 we started asking our friends about their pool experience. In November we sought out a couple of pool/spa businesses. Our minds were made up after talking with the folks at Trinity Valley Pools. Their expertise was incomparable to the rest. We have never looked back and were totally pleased with the entire process. I was most impressed with the design team. We were given options that neither of us had considered. Where I am all about the physical characteristics of the pool, my husband concentrated on the logistics ie maintenance and care, chemical balance, etc. We were given a thorough schooling on the equipment and pool care once the pool was filled. Afterwards, the teaching continued. We were encouraged to call Paul everyday with our water readings. He would tell us exactly what to do and in no time at all our water was crystal clear. By the way, we went with the Stone Scapes mini pebble finish. We would highly recommend the upgrade – it’s awesome and so worth the extra expense.
Although my husband was not on board at the beginning he is equally as happy as I am with the finished results. The swimming season is just beginning and we are estatic to start enjoying the great outdoors with our friends and family.

Misty WilmethWhile thinking we were ready to build a pool 3 years ago, we had Paul and three more contractors come Out for bids. We instantly liked Paul and his knowledge of pool building. We decided to do a house addition and put the pool on the back burner. So, when the time came at the beginning of this year that we were ready to build our pool, we only called Paul back to our house, not anyone else. He really took the time to look over the plan we had sketched out. Then before we knew it, we had machinery here to start!
Freezing temperatures, sleet, and wind did not stop these guys! Jerry was very good at having everything planned out on a timely fashion! He and Paul answered my gazillion questions every day’ I loved that they explained everything that was going on to us.

They had great ideas on how to use the natural shape of our backyard and include the back porch we already had. Trinity Valley Pools had built a good friend of ours pool the summer before ours and we really liked theirs and would have been happy with something similar, but Trinity Valley Pools designed our own unique pool and the way it works with our backyard is amazing.
We made the decision to go ahead with construction and had hopes of it being completed in time for our daughter’s birthday. I explained this to Mike and he promised me it would be done. That was less than a month and they completed a week early.
