Trinity Valley Pools is solely owned by East Texans, and has been in operation for more than 25 years. We’re a financially stable company, and have grown every year since our inception. Our owner’s credit rating is 800, and our credit report is available for your review upon request. We also have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau, which means we’re obviously doing something right! We opened our first location in 1991 with a 3,200 square foot location in Palestine, Texas. In 2015, we’ll complete the opening of our 3rd location, which gives us more than 22,000 square feet of commercial/retail space between Palestine, Tyler, and Bullard. All of our locations have complete water chemistry analysis labs and factory certified technicians to keep your swimming pool water balanced and crystal clear. (Improperly balanced water is the number one cause of plaster failures, so it’s smart to have an expert keep an eye on this for you!) All test results are recorded in our system and saved indefinitely for your future reference.Trinity Valley Pools is a member in good standing of United Aqua Group, an elite group of pool building, retailing and service professionals. Membership is by invitation only, and granted only to those pool professionals who demonstrate state of the art technology in retail, design and construction reliability, credibility, integrity, superior workmanship and have a minimum of five years in the swimming pool industry.

Our design team consists of four experienced designers with a vast knowledge of construction principles and techniques including elevation issues, drainage and hydraulics. At least one designer is available at all three locations, six days a week.

Our Construction Department has two full time superintendents to manage and supervise your project. Our Construction Manager is schooled in Structural and Mechanical Engineering with 25+ years’ experience, and is available in person or by phone six days a week.

Our construction staff does not work retail or service. They are strictly dedicated to building your backyard dream. Our construction department also has a fully stocked warehouse, with all the pool equipment we may need for your pool. This is a huge advantage, because we don’t have to order parts from a distribution center and wait for it ship to us from Dallas, Houston or from out of state. The parts are right here, local! Our Service Department is fully staffed with experienced Pentair-certified technicians.

Our service team is licensed by the State of Texas to perform service and repairs on your pool equipment. License # TICL – 716 we have a fully stocked parts department with parts readily available to perform repairs at a moment’s notice. We are also an official Pentair Warranty Station, serving all of East Texas.
