The dream of having an in ground pool has always been in the back of my mind, not necessarily in my husbands though!
Mid year 2014 we started asking our friends about their pool experience. In November we sought out a couple of pool/spa businesses. Our minds were made up after talking with the folks at Trinity Valley Pools. Their expertise was incomparable to the rest. We have never looked back and were totally pleased with the entire process. I was most impressed with the design team. We were given options that neither of us had considered. Where I am all about the physical characteristics of the pool, my husband concentrated on the logistics ie maintenance and care, chemical balance, etc. We were given a thorough schooling on the equipment and pool care once the pool was filled. Afterwards, the teaching continued. We were encouraged to call Paul everyday with our water readings. He would tell us exactly what to do and in no time at all our water was crystal clear. By the way, we went with the Stone Scapes mini pebble finish. We would highly recommend the upgrade – it’s awesome and so worth the extra expense.
Although my husband was not on board at the beginning he is equally as happy as I am with the finished results. The swimming season is just beginning and we are estatic to start enjoying the great outdoors with our friends and family.
