We found dealing with everyone from Trinity Valley Pools to be a joy! Starting with our initial contact with Paul, to our design phase with Randy, we arrived at a design that met our desires and needs very quickly and efficiently.
The early construction phase was a pleasure thanks to Jerry’s attention to detail and decades of experience. Jerry handled the difficult scheduling job regardless of the weather better than we imagined it could be done. Later in the construction phase, Michael and Josh handled everything efficiently and professionally. All these people were very accessible and responded to our questions quickly and cordially. They took care to respond even on Sunday’s! The crews that did the excavation, Gunite, plumbing, plaster, electrical and equipment setup were on time, fast, superb at their work and friendly.
We are now swimming in our new in-ground pool and loving it. The craftsmanship is exceptional. We highly recommend Trinity Valley Pools.
