Just a note to say we are extremely pleased with the total pool experience for Trinity Valley Pools. From contract to water the entire experience was easy and dependable. I would like to call out that the pool in and of itself is exactly what we expected it to be and exactly what Trinity Valley Pools promised.
What was not expected was the extra-mile service we received during and after the construction. I might add our pool construction occurred during the Christmas holiday and your team never missed a beat. Jerry was on site through each phase of the construction He ensured that all went according to plan and that we were apprised of what was happing. Upon completion Tony arrived and patiently taught us how to care for our pool and equipment.
Again, the pool is fantastic, but we are more impressed with the complete experience. Hats off to Jerry and Tony!
